 		  NEWS:
According to the Sampson Club Home page the property at Phillipsburg
is being developed as a convenience store. It gives no further info but
I would suppose it would be a mom and pop operation and not a chain
store. See: www.sampsonclub.org.

Emergency Procedures:
With winter here we need to all be aware of the resources
available to us and have procedures in place to mobilize these
resources as needed.

  • If the power goes out for an extended time we should
    contact each other by walkie talkie set to public channel 12
  • If Power goes out only to certain houses Larry Lane has
    a portable generator available
  • Tractors - The following neighbors have tractors with snow
    moving equipment available:
